Delivery
· Via Austarlia Post: for consignments acceptable to Australia post only. Delivery charge is as per Australia Post COD charges (Maximum value of goods is $1500)
· Via Fastway couriers: Brisbane Metropolitan Area - $18 for parcels up to 20kg.
: Interstate - Email or phone us for intrastate or interstate delivery charges. Please note: If you deposit by Electronic transfer it will take two business day to transfer into our account. There may be a short delay in dispatching your order while we await clearance of the funds.
Returns
· In the event that you receive a product that is not in working order, please notify us by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must have your order number. Products which are faulty on arrival (DOA) can only be replaced within 14 days from date of receipt. We will assess the problem and advise you of the best course of action.
· Whilst most products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty and hence faults can be dealt with by a local available service agent there may be cases where you will have to return the product to us for inspection and or replacement. Please note you will be responsible for the freight if return of the product becomes necessary.
· Customers are responsible for selecting the correct components for their individual needs. Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for an incorrect choice. |
